Liner Construction

Layout: Select location customer would like for pool. Layout and draw on ground with marking paint. Customer approves location and layout before moving forward.

Dig Pool: Dig pool to first level 42" Use layout stakes to add working ledge at 30" and mark for dig line. The work ledge allows us to work behind the wall to put panels & braces together and anchor the pool to the ground

We dig the pool down to 42"; Set blocks on string to level.

Put panels together to level and square. To get perfect fit it is important that the pool is square.

Pour concrete footer around bottom of panels 12"x18" upon wall. All plumbing is poured in concrete footing for support. Plumbing needs to be supported under steps & braces also.

We always leave one panel unpoured for access into pool. We dig the hole for the liner per the specification.

We pour shallow and deep area in hole with 4" of concrete. With this you will never have rocks, roots, grass, or termites come through pool to liner. No footprints or unlevel places in pool. Makes it easier to clean.

Plumbing: All plumbing is SC40 plastic pipe from pool to filter. Plumbing is pressure tested before deck is poured.

Deck is formed and poured 4" thick with a light broom finish.

Filter System: Filter system is the heart of the pool. It cleans and chlorinates the water. System should be large enough to circulated all the water in the pool within 8 hours. This picture shows polaris automatic cleaner pump and salt system.

After liner is placed in pool it is filled and the system is started. It should fit very snug with the vacuum cleaner attached. A perfect fit liner will last longer.
